Born Jan. 12 1916 in Bluebell, Utah to William Clarence and Clara Ellen Mathews Hancock. Married Mar D Mitchell May 10, 1935, Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Survivor: Husband, Upalco; two sons two daughters, Larry Duane Mitchell, Altamont, Mrs. Curtis (Marjorie) Lamb, Vernal, Mrs. Robert J. (Saundra) Allred, Bridgeland, Marvin Dwight Mitchell, Sandy; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, two brothers, Mrs. Clyde (Alice) Howells, Provo, Mrs. Merrill (Wilda) Colton, Murray, Forrest Hancock, Riverton, DeVere Hancock, Roosevelt. Preceded in death by one grandson, two greatgrandchildren, three sisters, Clara Lloyd, Lois Peterson, Edith Colton.
Funeral services Monday, 1:00 p.m., Altamont LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, where friends may call from 11:30 until service. Burial Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Utah Cancer Society.
