CLEARFIELD -- Funeral services for Lynette Mitchell, 12-year-old daughter of George W. and Mina Shurtleff Mitchell, Clearfield, who died May 8, 1974, in an Ogden hospital, of injuries suffered in a bicycle accident May 7, 1974, will be Saturday 1 p.m., Clearfield 3rd LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Lindquist Clearfield Mortuary Friday 6-9 p.m., Saturday at the chapel after 11:30 a.m. Burial, Clearfield City Cemetery.
Born July 4, 1961, Ogden. Seventh grade student, North Davis Junior High School.
Survivors: parents; brothers, sisters, Dennis S., Long Island, N.Y.; Ronald S., JanaLee, both Clearfield; Mrs. Norman (Carleen) Hansen, Albuquerque; grandmother, Mrs. Luella Mitchell, Bountiful.
